2.1 UV Direct Printing Services

  • Custom design creation and adaptation
  • UV direct printing on all surfaces (walls, glass, wood, metal)
  • Professional installation within Brussels area (30km radius)
  • Project consultation and technical advice

2.2 Quality Standards

  • High-resolution printing: 2880 DPI minimum
  • Ecological UV inks, non-toxic and VOC-free
  • Weather-resistant for exterior applications
  • Professional installation by certified technicians

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Base Pricing

  • Base rate: €45/m² including design, printing, and installation
  • Minimum order: €200
  • Additional charges may apply for complex surfaces or difficult access
  • Free quote and consultation within Brussels area

3.2 Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit required upon order confirmation
  • 70% balance due upon completion of installation
  • Payment methods: bank transfer, card, cash
  • Business clients: 30-day payment terms available

4. Order Process and Timelines

4.1 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon:

  • Written acceptance of detailed quote
  • Receipt of signed contract and deposit
  • Final design validation by client

4.2 Production Timelines

  • Design creation: 2-3 business days
  • Printing: 48-72 hours after design approval
  • Installation: 1-2 days depending on project size
  • Total project timeline: 1-2 weeks from order to completion

5. Warranty and Guarantees

5.1 Comprehensive 3-Year Warranty

AxiPrint provides a 3-year warranty covering:

  • Print quality and color fastness
  • Adhesion and durability
  • Professional installation workmanship
  • Weather resistance for exterior applications

5.2 Warranty Conditions

  • Normal use and maintenance conditions
  • No coverage for damage due to impact, vandalism, or improper cleaning
  • Client must notify defects within 8 days of discovery
  • Warranty repair or replacement at AxiPrint's discretion

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Site Preparation

  • Ensure clear access to installation area
  • Provide electrical power connection
  • Remove or protect furniture and belongings
  • Ensure surface is clean and in good condition

6.2 Design Approval

  • Client responsible for final design approval
  • Changes after production begins may incur additional charges
  • Copyright compliance for provided images/designs

7. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains rights to provided original designs
  • AxiPrint retains rights to custom creations unless otherwise specified
  • Client warrants copyright compliance of all provided materials
  • AxiPrint may use completed projects for portfolio and marketing

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AxiPrint liability limited to project value
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events excuse performance delays
  • Professional indemnity insurance coverage maintained

9. Cancellation and Returns

9.1 Client Cancellation

  • 48-hour cooling-off period after contract signing
  • Cancellation after production begins: client pays for completed work
  • Custom designs and printed materials non-refundable

9.2 AxiPrint Cancellation

AxiPrint reserves the right to cancel orders for:

  • Technical impossibility or safety concerns
  • Copyright or legal compliance issues
  • Non-payment or credit concerns

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Belgian law governs all contracts and disputes
  • Brussels courts have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Mediation preferred before legal proceedings
  • Consumer rights under Belgian consumer protection law preserved
